Always make sure that you have entered your email address correctly.

When you buy a pattern, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern as a pdf file.

Right of cancellation for digital products
When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.

Payment
Online payments are accepted with Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.
