Ophelia Blouse is a feminine soft blouse with a v-neck and ruffles along the neckline and the bottom of the sleeves. The blouse is worked from the top down, where raglan increases are used to shape the yoke. All of the ruffles are finished with a picot edge and i-cord edges are used along the neckline, the sleeves and at the bottom of the blouse.
